I don't have this product, but it looks just like one I used to have, years ago, made by Texas Instruments. When it died, I was desolate, because it is indispensable to have a voice back up to a multi-digit number. My eyesight is fine, but I have a tendency to transpose digits when I copy a balance into my check register. When my TI died, I looked everywhere to replace it, but there did not seem to be any talking calculators on the market. By chance, I ran across one in a gift shop, and it is larger than I was used to, and is also an alarm clock and plays music, neither of which I need. But it is a talking calculator, so I have been using it. However I plan to order one of these in the near future, in case the one I am using now conks out.
I would have given this product five out of five stars based on how much I liked my previous similar one, but since I have never seen this one in person, I give four stars simply for the concept, and kudos for anyone who recognizes and addresses this as a need. At one time, I would have had qualms about reviewing a product on Amazon that I do not actually have personal experience with, but I have seen some crazy reviews from people on here based on a lot less.
