My tub of 1.m.r orange flavor came in the mail, I got orange flavor. I tried fruit punch before and it tasted like donkey nut juice. Orange tasted a lot better but still had that fake sugary taste.
I took one scoop in almost an empty stomach and about 10 minutes in I began to feel itchy near by abs and the back of my head. I don't feel any super-godly energy like people described. So I was almost disappointed. The day was ending so I decided to just go ahead and workout without the energy effect.
Once I started lifting I could feel the effect of 1.m.r. My lifts increased in weights and repetition and felt much stronger than I usually feel when lifting. I took literally 10 seconds of break between sets and continue without any loss in form or strength. It felt as if the supplement made you forget about your body, I literally feel no effect of fatigue at all and after five sets of lat pull I felt as if I haven't even started lifting yet, the only difference is that I felt the pump in my back. It was phenomenal! The energy seemed almost unlimited. I lifted until I almost throw up and had to slow down a bit. It gave me a spectacular workout that I haven't had in a long time.
However, I think one scoop is a little too much, I suggest starting with half a scoop on an empty stomach. Also, watch your body as you might over-train yourself with this supplement which is not necessarily a good thing.
If you want a high-intensity workout, 1.m.r is your best bet, you just need to be considerate about the amount you're taking.
