(More customer reviews)I've been using this product for 3 weeks. It gives me tons of energy, but it also gives me diarrhea. All my extra energy is spent running to the bathroom! 20 capsules for $20+ dollars is a rip off. I bought these on eBay for $18 & free shipping for 60 capsules. 20 capsules won't even last you 2 weeks. Anyway, I had trouble sleeping the first day I took these,even though I followed the instructions.
