(More customer reviews)I normally don't review products I purchase, but this has to be said. I suffer from severe Exima. I work in a kitchen evreyday, and constantly washing my hands causes my skin to crack and bleed! I purchased this item to hopefully sooth my dry skin...well the hot wax did wonders for my skin however, the machine is poorly made. The very first time I used this, the hot wax leaked out the bottom of the machine through what appear to be heat vents. I kept using it hoping the leaking would stop, and it didn't. So I called the Homedics help line and got put on hold. I called them a total of three times and never got an answer. I can't imagine the nightmare of trying to get this machine cleaned up enough in order to send it back to Homedics, and I can't even get them on the phone so it looks like I am stuck with a machine that leaks wax all over my floor.....take my advice, spend your money on a more expensive machine. It will be worth it in the long run!
