(More customer reviews)I had some problems when trying to get off the birth control pill. I ended up having some CRAZY symptoms (pain, severe acne, etc) and thought that I had endometriosis. I went back on the pill and avoided trying to stop it again for years.
One day, fed up with synthetic hormones and wanting to get back to normal, I started researching Vitex and other herbs that support female hormonal balance. I couldn't find any information on which is the best formula and how much I should be taking, so I went to Whole Foods and was recommended this product. The women that worked in the supplements department suggested it, and told me that they both LOVE IT - so I decided to try a pack.
I am generally a big fan of Vitex. After having some BAD BAD experiences with Plan B - including 2 ovarian cysts (one that burst!) - I used the herb to shrink the cyst and it worked extremely well, unlike anything else.
Curious about Oona, which has some Black Cohosh as well as Vitex, I called the company and got some interesting info mailed to me. They reference a LOT of research, and their product seems very safe and had great reviews online.
I used this product for about 6 months, and successfully got off birth control with a lot less trouble than I had last time. I am still dealing with the aftermath, but it could have been a lot worse.
Not only did this help me ease off the pill, but it also alleviated my PMS symptoms AND cramps! I am going back on it today, actually, because being off is not as nice.
Unfortunately, as with most herbal supplements, it takes a month or two (or three, depending on your body) to feel its effects - so be patient! Also, it's very important to take it every day.
I hope that someday, information about natural products (including FDA regulation) will be mainstream, but until then - I would recommend this as a gentle, non-invasive way to get back into balance.

The Beautiful Slim Body they sent me is a FAKE!!! I had purchased the real one from a different seller a year ago and lost 12 lbs. Since then, I had regained the weight. I was going to repurchase from the same seller and noticed that Amazon has it $15 cheaper through Japan 2 Day Ling Zhi Diet. I bought it, but after 9 days, still no appetite suppressant or weight loss. With the original pill, I lost 3 lbs in the first 5 days. I asked the seller if I can return for a refund. The company policy is no refund for opened bottle. A week ago, I bought another bottle from the previous seller and this is what I noticed between the two products.
The ORIGINAL: slightly BIGGER green pill and SHINIER coating; the bottom has mfd date, exp date, AND batch #; the printing of certain words is in SILVER HOLOGRAM.
The FAKE: SMALLER green pill and more MATTE coating; the bottom only has mfd and exp date, NO batch #; the printing is in BLACK INK.
If you go into "Japan 2 Day Ling Zhi Diet" profile (which I did not do until I bought the product and realized it was a fake), you will see many happy customers reviews; however, you will also see that there are others who claimed that it is fake. I don't know if they send out fake products to everyone, but I know that mine was a fake.
Since I had repurchased the original bottle, I already lost 3.5 lbs and experienced the same appetite suppressant. Amazon did do the right thing and refund my money (after I gave them my findings), even though the seller would not.
Purchase wisely and I hope this review will help you decide if you want to buy from Japan 2 Day Ling Zhi Diet.
