(More customer reviews)This diet drink actually works if you use it right and dont eat anything else. I lost 4 pounds in one day..probably due to the fact that I didnt eat all day. Only drank this juice, which was suprisingly good tasting. Also it does not make you poop which I thought, but thats a good thing. So its not a cleanser. Only problem is that you will probably gain the weight back if you start eating normal.

(More customer reviews)I enjoy the cookies to add into an alreay clean diet..i would say that this seller took 4ever to send them. So if you are looking at receiving them quickly as most amazon products...this is not the place to buy them, but all in all the cookies are similar to a protein bar. I ordered them b/c I can not buy them from our Walgreen (they only carry chocolate chip) and wanted to try a different flavor. Also if you warm them slightly in the microwave..they taste better. If you add a cup of coffee..awesome. Just expect at least 2 weeks for this seller to get them to you :(
