It's easy to use it in any kind of recipe instead of sugar or other sweeteners: 1 pinch sweetens like 2 tsp of sugar. I use it in smoothies, cakes/muffins, homemade ketchup, custard, even sorbet. Not to mention is has inulin, which helps keeping your digestive tract in good shape. This is one of those things that's always good to keep in stock ;)

(More customer reviews)The seller was great but the product was awful. I am told it is better in cold drinks but I drink coffee and could not drink the cup of coffee I put this into. It is bitter and very strong and I used the directed amount suggested. I do not recommend it. I ended up giving it to a friend that only drinks ice tea.
