(More customer reviews)I chose to buy from this company, because it was the cheapest price, and so I unexpectedly got a very poor quality/defective product. The advertisement says the fanta-flesh is very soft, however, the product I received was hard and unusable. The product I received had fanta-flesh that was hard like hard rubber. There must be a defective material manufacturing. I called their customer service and they inspected one of their same dolls and said their doll had very soft fanta-flesh. They absurdly guessed that since their on-hand product is good quality, that my particular product must also be of the same quality.
They refused to send me an RMA to have my particular product sent to them for inspection, and compare the quality of the material. If indeed, the material is inspected to be of the same quality, then they can send my product back to me, as is. If not, then they should send me a replacement product of better quality. I told their customer rep that attempting to force usage of this defective product would cause excruciating pain, and the customer rep replied with an idiotic generalized statement that their products are designed to cause pain.
