(More customer reviews)Finding the lemonade fast in a powder has been great! I was doing the fresh lemons thing, buying the grade B maple syrup and making my own from scratch. It took time and was messy. So I love this powder! Fast, easy. I have one-quart Rubbermade bottles that I fill with water, put four scoops of powder and shake. I drink it all day long and am never hungry. One reviewer said that it made him/her feel bad. The first two days you will feel bad because your body is adjusting to it, and a lot of water retention and toxins are released. If you can get past those two days you can do this. I've done the fast six to seven times (twice a year) for up to 30 days at a time. And when it comes to food I don't have very good control! Each time I lose one pound every day. That is a great incentive!
You DO have to psych yourself up to do this. Your mind wants to eat! Especially when you are watching TV and seeing the food advertisements! But just keep sipping throughout the day and you are never physically hungry! It's really all mental. The first couple days I even keep the bottle by the bed at night and sip if I wake up and feel either bad or hungry. After a few days I don't have to do that anymore. Even while doing the fast I often make dinner for my husband--and I am fine! I carry the bottle to work, and just sip whenever I feel a hunger pain. The hunger goes right away. I started 2010 on new year's day, and it's now the 15th and I have lost 13 pounds. Once you start eating again you have to stay at small portions, otherwise the weight will slowly add back on.
This cleanse has been around for many years, and has been helpful for many people. I expect I'll be doing this for many years.

Size Matters Penis Enlarger Review

(More customer reviews)I was looking for comfort straps and came across Amazon who I never expected would sell anything like this. After reading some of the reviews I decided to add my experience so far. I have been using the SMP for two months now. At first it was a slow start as I found the directions lacking and the unit didn't seeem too well made. I had also purchsed the additional extender rods and comfort pack. I purchsed all these from another site and all the parts fit together. I am not sure as to why someone received metric rods though I did notice in my search there are other stretchers/enlargers and are different sizes and one was made in Europe. I hope he just received the wrong part. Once I figured everything out I gave it a try. At first it was a stretch just to get my buddy far enough to secure. This unit is not designed to support those who are small while flacid. You will need to be at least 4 inches soft at the lowest rod length to easily get your manhood secured. After doing some comfort stretches I was able to get my buddy secured and start the process. I did notice the strap fit loosely and the two strap securing tabs underneath are useless as they are not small enough to hold the stap in place. So I was looking at having about an extra 1.5 inches of strap hanging out poking me while I moved. After 15 minutes I became really irritaed with the poking and decided to cut the additional length off. I had a spare tube that was included with the comfort cushions so it didn't mater to me. I had started using the comfort foam but found it too thick and was causing chaffing around the head. I have since wrapped gauze around the section of tubing that secures my budy's head. I use gauze tape to secure each end. I also folded a small section of gauze and tapped it to the middle of the stretcher where the head of my buddy rests. After the first week I noticed the tubing was feeling really loose. I realized that by not being able to secure the tube underneath the tubing was wearing away the hole it went through. I checked the other tube and found it to be thicker! I quickly switched to that and so far it is working great. After the first week I noticed it was easier to secure my buddy and the process was getting quicker. Now that I am up to wearing it nine hours a day I have noticed a positive difference in comfort level and the ease in which my buddy stretches. I can honestly say I have noticed while flacid my buddy is now longer.
This is something that will require patience and time. I can see results and it something you will need to commit too as it will take time. At first I was discouraged tryng to figure it out but after spending $90 dollars I decided I better try it for six months anyway.
