(More customer reviews)In the past I've taken multi-vitamins and felt as if they just weren't really doing anything for me. As a result, I stop taking them and over time didn't really feel any different. (Either positive or negative.)
Recently my Dad and I began taking these and over the course of 3 weeks we both felt overall better. It increased both of our energy levels and even improved (not to get gross) our "bathroom habits."
We ran out of them and stopped taking them for about a week and 1/2 and did we notice a difference! Less energy and a slight change in "movements."
I picked up more vitamins for both of us and we noticed the change again rather quickly.
I have never really been the type of person who endorses or depends on vitamins, but I would definitely recommend these to others and have done so to my friends and family.
