(More customer reviews)If you're looking for a protein bar, not a fat bar or a carb bar, this is the best I've found. The nutritional specs are great, 20g protein, 200 calories, about 15 carbs, and the fat is minimal 5g total, 3g saturated. This is about the best protein to calorie and fat ratio you can find in a protein bar. In addition They taste fairly good, not amazing but it's a protein bar so you can't exactly expect a nature valley peanut butter in terms of taste.
I just changed my subscribe and save to 4 double packages a month, great way to fit in small meals throughout the day. One slight problem is that they can give digestion isssues due to the sugar alcohols, so if your sensitive to sugar alcohols see how they affect you before buying a lot.
