But i want to be very concious of my health (currently overweight) and wanted data to help guide me as to my real fitness, and be able to track progress against goals. This scale seems to be very accurate compared against manual measurement methods. Except, I do not need to manually do anything, just step on the scale, and the data is sent to the software application (from compeitive edge with ANT). It does everything for you.
This isnt the lazy way, as doing body fat, BMI, bone density, hydration levels, etc would take a long time to do, and you would have to manually enter all of that data to track it. HIGHLY recommend this product for anyone serious about weight management and fitness levels.
