(More customer reviews)As a recently diagnosed Type 2, I now read EVERYTHING on every food label and consult with pocket charts and references. I've lost 50 pounds so far, and have another 25 to go. My doctor is pleased, generally, with Atkins products and recommended them--generally. I love these things. They are a small taste of a former life. Careful monitoring allows me to have up to two (2) of these a day. I plan to give my doctor a box and ask for fhis opinion of these, specifically. There are a number of other varieties, but these taste best to me AND they have the best nutrition numbers.
