I LOST 20LBS. IN DEC OF 2008, I TRIED THIS PRODUCT, FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS TO A TEE AND MY APPETITE CAME BACK. I'VE PICKED UP 10LBS AND I AM VERY SATIFIED.
