(More customer reviews)I've always gotten the other flavours - raspberry, tropical, tangerine, orange... nice when you need a pick-me-up - and always great to hand out to droopy friends (and strangers too) who may have sniffles, or are just tired, or sick, and just can't cope. What a nice way to say you care ~ "drink this!! you'll feel better!"
Sure i take multivits and a plethora of herbs and stuff, but this is something so good to carry around with you - i always said the vitamin C turns the electricity on in the body ~now i have been reading scientific stuff that that's true! - no wonder i feel better after one of these fizzies. You get the pzazz right away. Also good thing first thing in the morning, but really, good anytime.
Black Cherry~ oh YUM ~ this reminds me so much of my favorite pop i used to drink when a kid - cherry creme soda.. only this is nowhere as sweet.
Just plop in glass of water - let it fizz, drink. I drink more water after, to rinse out my glass and get everybit, plus i figure i need the extra water anyway (i tried it in juice but it just foamed out all over the counter.. okaaayyy..).

(More customer reviews)A couple of weeks ago I started to feel a cold coming on - sore throat, aches, etc. I took two packets of this product (a few hours apart to improve absorption) and the symptoms went away by the end of the day. The taste is okay - it is similar to cranberry juice but sweeter, and is flatter than the orange fizzy Emergen-C. If you require a multivitamin with minerals, I would suggest not substituting this item for "regular" vitamins - it is not very complete, and the nutrients are in varying amounts.

(More customer reviews)I began drinking Emergen-C products when my immune system took a dive right after starting medical school. I would get sick after every exam and be sick halfway through each of my courses, really annoying when you're trying to study and stay awake in lecture. This stuff seems to really do the trick for me, since after starting to drink it I haven't gotten sick at all during the entire 2nd semester and this semester was much more stressful than the 1st. No idea if it's just the placebo effect or if this stuff is actually working but whatever it is I'll take it. I've tried a few flavors and this is the yummiest so far. Plus this one has Vitamin D and calcium for bone strength which I'm hoping will help prevent osteoporosis later in life.
