(More customer reviews)I am new to protein shakes, and I didn't want to load up on calories in a drink. I bought this since it only had 100 calories per scoop and a decent amount of protein (15g). Other protein powders usually have at least 20g of protein, but twice the calories. I didn't think this tasted too bad. I mix it with skim milk, half a banana, and ice cubes to make my morning shake and it usually keeps me fairly satisfied until lunch. It's not a "I can't wait to drink this" kind of thing, but it's pretty good for what you get.
