(More customer reviews)I believe Stacker 2 is designed to assist you in your weight lost efforts, not do the work for you while you sit back and wait for the results! Just like any other drug, you can not exceed the recommeded dosages or there will be consequences. Read your vitamin bottle or a prescription, some medications have side effects just from taking them. Imagine overdosing on something like that!?!
You have to eat something first or you will feel light headed once it kicks in. I personally don't recommend more than two pills a day. It's all going to depend on how well it works with your body. You are supposed to exercise to use the energy the Stacker provides you.
I take it just once a day right before I go to the gym and that's the only time I take Stacker 2. Since I go early in the morning, I pull the purple half of the pill off and swallow the yellow portion with it's powder so I will feel it faster. (I put it in the back of my throat, that's some really nasty tasting stuff!!)
I find that I get a better workout with it than I do without. It seems that the more I workout, the harder I want to workout and I can do more repititions and higher weights. I feel great all day and sleep well because I've been really active.
If I don't workout and I take Stacker, I find that I can't really concentrate at work because I want to do a million things at once. It makes my hands shake a little bit, I'm guessing that's the caffeine. I've taken it before a night workout and I could not sleep until about 3 in the morning. I was miserable! Now I never take it after 4pm, so I can get a good night's rest.
Stacker does curb my appetite a little, which I don't mind at all. It also increases my sex drive and extends the time it takes for me to reach climax, which I don't mind either!
Overall, I feel Stacker 2 is safe, when used properly according to your body's instructions.

(More customer reviews)I have been using Mega Men vitamins since 2003 and I've been using Mega Men Sport since about 2007. I swear by these vitamins. I truly feel different when I am taking these vitamins, nay sayers may say that is a placebo effect, but whatever it is I feel more energized when I'm taking these vitamins. I also feel more alert and able to think on my feet when taking these. A good comparison is when situations came up and I did not take these vitamins for about two months. After a couple weeks of not being on Mega Men I started to feel cranky and tired up until I resupplied with these vitamins. After my resupply the results weren't immediate, but after a few days taking the vitamins I was back on my feet and ready to go.
One of the side effects will be that your urine will turn like a neon yellow. It was funny, but it made me wonder what was going on. I used to work for a nutritionist and when I asked him about it he told me not to worry that it was just large amounts of B vitamin making its way through my system and that it doesn't necessarily mean that I'm peeing my money away. I do recommend you take these with a glass (8 oz) of water and then continually drink water throughout the day. I notice that the more water i drink with these the less neon yellow comes out.
These vitamins are loaded with your daily values, and then some, of needed vitamins such as: Vitamins A, C, D, E, K, B-6, B-12, etc. They are also loaded with things that are great for energy and fat loss such as: Green Tea Extract, alpha-Lipoic Acid, Choline, and Inositol.
These vitamins can be a little pricier than most, but you get what you pay for. When I was trying to save a few bucks I tried about two other brands (Vitamin World house brand and One a Day) and one made my stomach hurt so bad (Vitamin World) while the other (One a Day) felt as though it did nothing. These vitamins sell for about $29 on the GNC website, which is about the same price here ($24); however, if you are an Amazon Prime member you will save about five bucks on the delivery charges. Regardless of which website you choose, pony up the cash and get these vitamins! You'll thank me for the difference they make!

I would give this 5 stars, but the caffeine does give me some sleep issues, especially if I don't get any cardio for the day. Even with my caffeine sensitivity (geez, I sound like a wuss) I still highly recommend this product.
Now with my wussy Con outta the way...
Pro: THIS STUFF KICKS MAJOR BOO-TAY!!!!!! Freaky pumps, endurance, and strength. I broke past my plateaus after one week of using this product and haven't lost it. Major pump after the first use...MAJOR PUMP - felt like my skin was gonna split with stretch marks.
