(More customer reviews)My wife and I have been using these tablets reguarly for the last 2 months and wow do they make a difference. Our hair is shinier, skin is smooth and healthy, and our nails are stronger and healthier. I had bad discoloration on one of my toenails that has been there for 3 years now (don't know what caused it but it wouldn't go away) and now it is nearly gone. My hair, skin, and nails have never looked or felt better! Just remember to take 3 pills a day like the instructions say. I was only taking one a day for the first few days until I actually decided to read the instructions lol...that's a man for ya ;-P This means that one bottle will only last 20 days for one person so buy up!

DMC-03 Multifunction Pedometer with Steps, Distance and Calories Review

(More customer reviews)I received all 50 of my pedometers in 1 week. The packaging wasn't perfect because the pedometers were shuffling about in the box, there was also a dent on the side of my box. A couple of the counters in my pedometers got stuck, but I was able to "fix" it by placing it flat on my palm and "clapping" my hands together to get the counter loose. Despite this minor problem NONE of them arrived broken. They are accurate. To the previous comments, it DOES matter WHERE you place the pedometer. Everyone walks differently and the best way for your readings may be the front right of your hip while to another the best place may be the rear left side of their waistband. I find that they count best when they are on the back, just above the left or right buttocks.

(More customer reviews)Overall the taste was decent, and the powder mixes with water alright. It did leave a bit of grit in the water, but that is usually the case. I highly recommend mixing it in a smoothy, and if in liquid make it a juice, or at the very least a 1/2 pack of crystal light. The texture of the ice detracts from any "grittyness". Great ingredients! Looking forward to seeing how it effects my overall health :)

(More customer reviews)I bought this over a year ago when the store I was working for first got it. Wasn't really sure it would do anything, I'm a skeptic when it comes to these diet pills and all. But I had never tried doing a cleanse and wanted to know what it was like. During the 10 days I took this product? I lost 7 pounds. And that was without cutting back on any of the foods I loved, OR doing extra excercise. It really does taste like unsweet iced tea too, though I could taste the fennel really well. Gave it a bit of a black licorice aftertaste. I don't know if I would have kept losing weight because I didn't keep up with it, but it certainly impressed me in those first 10 days!

Originally my Mother actually purchased the chocolate flavor for me to try, and I was so impressed I decided to purchase the strawberry so I could have a variety in flavors. Keep in mind I have tried many low sugar / low carb meal replacement protein powders from all sorts of locations and brands. This one is by far my favorite! This is the first time I have actually decided to re purchase the same brand of protein powder after finishing the bottle. It's easy to make and mixes well without clumping, tastes great mixed with all kinds of milk- almond, soy, fat free , coconut...and adding ice to the mix in a blender gives it a delicious ice cream texture. I even got my husband to use it and that is no easy to task to convince him to drink a meal replacement shake.

Wai Lana 151M Yoga Ball Kit, 65cm - PARENT Review

(More customer reviews)As I use the Wai Lana video tapes to do yoga exercise at home every day, I trust her products also, and decided to go with what I know, and buy my equipment from her label also.
The ball is firm for sitting on, and with just enough bounce. A perfect height for doing those back arch yoga exercises which you need some support in to get a really good stretch.
As I work on the computer a lot, I get a lot of lower back pain, and also tightness through my shoulder-blades; I find this ball and some of the suggested exercises, the perfect antidote.
It's also great for the ab crunch & reverse crunch(and boy do I need them!)
The supporting booklet contains `ball assisted exercises' for Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced, illustrated with attractive & informative pencil drawings of Wailana doing the exercise, step by step.
It's a pretty handy little booklet and is a great daily workout.
Highly recommended. Some yoga exercises are improved by the use of aides, and this ball is very handy. When it's not being used for exercise my son loves to play with it - so far it's been incredibly sturdy and durable, especially considering what we have put it through!
Only note is - although the air pump works, it's a good idea to take it to a gas station & pump it up there, just make sure you use a manual airpump, not the type where you enter in the numbers (for obvious reasons, eg over inflating the ball).

(More customer reviews)I don't know about other people but it is often hard for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I heard about this product on "Duke and the Doctor" and decided to give it a try.
Halleluyah! It works! I get tired and go to sleep more easily on the nights I take it, and can better return to sleep in the middle of the night if I do awaken.
I don't always take it, if I am very tired already. SOLUS isn't habit forming.
When I wake up in the morning, after taking it, I may feel a little groggy the first few seconds, but after I wash my face, I am ready to go.
I will definitely keep this product by my bed!
