I wanted to trim a few pounds on a recent vacation to Hawaii so I tried the shake for the first time. This product worked great and I lost 5 pounds in 1 week. The shake itself is highly nutritious and I continue to have a shake for lunch everyday.

Originally my Mother actually purchased the chocolate flavor for me to try, and I was so impressed I decided to purchase the strawberry so I could have a variety in flavors. Keep in mind I have tried many low sugar / low carb meal replacement protein powders from all sorts of locations and brands. This one is by far my favorite! This is the first time I have actually decided to re purchase the same brand of protein powder after finishing the bottle. It's easy to make and mixes well without clumping, tastes great mixed with all kinds of milk- almond, soy, fat free , coconut...and adding ice to the mix in a blender gives it a delicious ice cream texture. I even got my husband to use it and that is no easy to task to convince him to drink a meal replacement shake.

(More customer reviews)I love this drink. It's a bit of an acquired taste--I found it a little bit chalky, but I love it now. It's full of essential nutrients, so it's completely worth the cost. The chocolate flavor is by far the best in my humble opinion. I usually combine a cup (it comes with its own measuring cup) with a cup of skim milk and blend it. Mixing it together without a blender causes it to clump something awful, so a blender is definitely essential. I recommend pouring how much milk you intend to drink in the your designated drinking vessel first before you blend; the shake has a tendency to froth and this way you don't end up with excess sitting in the blender. Generally I've found that on the days that I have time to drink this shake (washing the blender in the morning can prove to be a bit much) I have more energy and just feel...healthier. You really can't go wrong with this drink. I found that drinking this as a meal replacement aid was very helpful in weight loss.

(More customer reviews)I just ordered these again, last summer I went for 3 months replacing meals with these shakes along with working out 3x a week, I lost 10 lbs and maintained is easily with these and EAS AdvantEdge Caramel Choc. bars. The Chocolate Cream is the best flavor!! In my opinion, Straw & Vanilla are good too, but Choc is the best. There are some packs out there that offer the Tropical variation-When I was first trying out these shakes I got that one-my opinion, DONT! Ick, theres maybe 1 kind that tastes OK out of them all. Orange Jubilee was OK, Banana Cream Pie and Pina Colada were just way too sweet and weren't as great as the Chocolate flavors. As much as I love Amazon, there are some cheaper prices out there (AllStarHealth)......
Also, if you're looking to lose weight these are the best, however, most guys need a little more protein, so look into the DELUXE or ORIGINAL Myoplex shakes, they have 46g of protein vs these Lite ones (26g). You can always have half the pack if you're really cuttin down, but just FYI since my boyfriend starting drinking them and needed more protein as he started to work out more...he got the Deluxe.

(More customer reviews)I have been on the Herbalife plan since July. I have dropped alot of weight and I feel amazing. I have been on MANY different diets throughout the years and so has my husband, and we both agree that this one makes us feel the best.
I was really nervous to try this shake mix. I had no idea what it would taste like, and I am not a fan of Diet shakes at all. I was amazed at how many recipes can be used with this shake mix. Vanilla is so versitile, and this one if my favorite of all of the Herbalife shake mixes because you can make any kind of shake with it. My favorite is white recess, YUMMMM!
What shocked me the most about this was the fact that my picky kids even love it as well. If you drink it plain with skim milk it will taste like crap, in my opinion, and you WILL have the diet shake flavor, but when you add things like fruits, sugar free pudding mixes, powdered peanut butter, spices, sugar free davinci's syrups, flavored yogurts, etc...you can create really healthy & AWESOME tasting shakes.
Some might be skeptical wondering if drinking the shakes will be enough to keep you satisfied. Will you be hungry and therefore binge during the day? I felt like I was hungry the first couple of days because I was use to eating so much more and gorging myself at almost every meal. I use the protein powder from Herbalife and add one scoop to my shake mix because I require more protein.
I found that the free fruits & veggies throughout the day along with the protein snacks really help alot as well. My favorite Herbalife products to use with this shake mix is Herbalifes Total Control which gives me lots of energy and the Celluloss which got rid of my excess fluids.I want to make it clear that I do not sell Herbalife, this is an honest review from someone who is using the products. THEY WORK!
