(More customer reviews)It works! I am energized and I get my daily vitimans. I'm only on day 2. I take 2 pills daily with breakfast (1/2 cup cereal and one whole banana). My energy lasts all day till 8pm. The energy gives me lots of motivation to exercise. I work out more and doing so relieves a lot of my stress/depression. I am more happy and stress-free. I do get tired/exhausted at night time, which gets me into a deep sleep and sleep well for 8 hours. That is great for me because I am never a heavy sleeper. Now I get my 8 hours of sleep peacefully. I am sensitive to caffine, but this product is prefect for me because it's not crazy like energy drinks/diet pills which make you crash too soon or stay up all night. As long you take it with solid food and drink lots of water, it will have no side effects (nausea, dizziness, etc.). I would recommend this to any female who is looking to be more energize and make good use out of that energy. Only issue is swallowing the pills. I hate pills and these are big pills. Good thing you only have to take 2/daily. My old vitimans was 4/daily (same size). I have no regret ordering this product and from now on, this will be my mulitiviman. Plus the price it great compare to other areas.

(More customer reviews)Well, I'm proud to be the first to review this product. I'm a paraplegic, T-11 complete paralyzed. At T-11 or below, bowel management can be a huge problem. Huge. I try various products to assist in stool removal. Not the most pleasant of subjects, but that's why there is Ducolax. The other similar product I use is the Magic Bullet, which is the same ingredient in a water-based solid (Ducolax is vegatable oil based). Magic Bullet claims faster absorption than Ducolax because it is water based. HOWEVER, in my many months of undocumented and haphazard testing, I have found Ducolax to be superior every time. The only disadvantage I found was the price, where Ducolax purchased at the corner Rite Aid was running about $2-3 PER suppository. That's $3 to go. I found Magic Bullet online in bulk (a sad commentory on my life) for $1 each in lots of 50. But now that Amazon makes Ducolax available for under $1 each as well, in my opinion Ducolax is the better purchase and the superior product.

(More customer reviews)I was pleasantly surprised when I received The Fitness Challenge. The quality of the pieces far exceeded my expectations. The game came with a really nice scorecard and super strong magnets to hang it on a fridge (or hanging tabs for a wall or corkboard) The rules are very well written - catchy - and easy to understand. You start the game by signing a contract to signify your commitment to exercise for 8-weeks. There are two decks of wager cards that give fun ideas for all kinds of things to bet for. The wager cards are divided into different categories and can be played by couples, kids, relatives, co-workers and friends. They attach to the scorecard with well-made plastic clips. The game also comes with static cling "star points" that allow you to track your workouts. The nice thing is that the entire game is re-useable. The list of exercise choices includes just about any kind of activity you can think of, and the game specifies you how long you have to do each activity, depending on your fitness level. I really felt like having everything you need in the box takes all of the guesswork out of starting and completing an exercise program.

(More customer reviews)I had to take Scott's Emulsion when I was a child, my mom before me had to take it, I am 80 years of age, my mom was born in 1907, so my family has been using and believing in this product for over 100 years. I was happy to have found it recently on the internet and have been taking it on a daily basis. My fingernails which had been splitting and breaking are now growing nice and long. I think this product is especially good for children.

Oona - Oona Pms 1, 90 tablets Review

(More customer reviews)I had some problems when trying to get off the birth control pill. I ended up having some CRAZY symptoms (pain, severe acne, etc) and thought that I had endometriosis. I went back on the pill and avoided trying to stop it again for years.
One day, fed up with synthetic hormones and wanting to get back to normal, I started researching Vitex and other herbs that support female hormonal balance. I couldn't find any information on which is the best formula and how much I should be taking, so I went to Whole Foods and was recommended this product. The women that worked in the supplements department suggested it, and told me that they both LOVE IT - so I decided to try a pack.
I am generally a big fan of Vitex. After having some BAD BAD experiences with Plan B - including 2 ovarian cysts (one that burst!) - I used the herb to shrink the cyst and it worked extremely well, unlike anything else.
Curious about Oona, which has some Black Cohosh as well as Vitex, I called the company and got some interesting info mailed to me. They reference a LOT of research, and their product seems very safe and had great reviews online.
I used this product for about 6 months, and successfully got off birth control with a lot less trouble than I had last time. I am still dealing with the aftermath, but it could have been a lot worse.
Not only did this help me ease off the pill, but it also alleviated my PMS symptoms AND cramps! I am going back on it today, actually, because being off is not as nice.
Unfortunately, as with most herbal supplements, it takes a month or two (or three, depending on your body) to feel its effects - so be patient! Also, it's very important to take it every day.
I hope that someday, information about natural products (including FDA regulation) will be mainstream, but until then - I would recommend this as a gentle, non-invasive way to get back into balance.

I am pleased that they are having something healthy to drink. They love the flavor of vanilla and chocolate. Through the subscription service, I have alternating flavors each month delilvered to their door. I am really pleased with this arrangement since I live out of state and not near them.
