10 379 Energizer Watch Batteries SR521SW Battery Cell Review

(More customer reviews)After acquiring a complete watch repair kit in order to cut the costs of replacing our watch batteries, I was still getting stung by the cost of the batteries themselves. Then I happened upon this great deal on Amazon. For the price of one retail battery I was able to purchase almost ten in bulk. The batteries are name brands and supposedly have a very long shelf life. But even if they don't last, the low cost per item is well worth the investment.
By the way, replacing a watch batery isn't so tough if you have some simple tools. The trick is simply figuring out where in the watchback an opening exists to pry it off. Every watch has that space, it just comes down to using a good magnifying glass to find it. Keeping records as to where the pry-opening is for next repair is key.

10 386 / 301 Energizer Watch Batteries SR43SW SR43W Review

(More customer reviews)I made it a habit to buy my watch-sized batteries in bulk like this. You always have replacements on hand, and for the price of 2 or 3 from the store, you could have 10 of them from Amazon. I'm building a good collection; just make sure that you know where you put them. Years ago I bought fairly large plastic tool box to store all of my batteries (D,C AA,AAA,9V). I usually buy them in large packs at Costco or BJ's. I also bought a good battery tester from Radio Shack. I always know where my batteries are and when I'm getting low. My only beef with this purchase was that they had just mailed them in an envelope, and a number of the foil packets had ripped open. I'm not sure if this will affect battery "freshness" or not, but they should still be sealed.

FatTrack GOLD Digital Body Fat Caliper with FREE MyoTape Review

(More customer reviews)I just got this thing and I'm happy with it in general, but there is a reference to an "IMPROVE YOUR MEASURING SKILLS" guide that is not included. It is impossible to get reliable results with this tool without a diagram of where to get the measurements. Just saying chest, abdomen, thigh is ridiculously unclear.
It is also somewhat difficult to learn how to pinch fat only. The first few times you are likely to get crazy results.
I was able to find this manual page on the internet:

It cleared up most of my issues.
