(More customer reviews)Con: I am sensitive to caffeine. So on my off days, I make sure to take this in the morning so I can sleep at night. I would give this 5 stars, but the caffeine does give me some sleep issues, especially if I don't get any cardio for the day. Even with my caffeine sensitivity (geez, I sound like a wuss) I still highly recommend this product.
Now with my wussy Con outta the way...
Pro: THIS STUFF KICKS MAJOR BOO-TAY!!!!!! Freaky pumps, endurance, and strength. I broke past my plateaus after one week of using this product and haven't lost it. Major pump after the first use...MAJOR PUMP - felt like my skin was gonna split with stretch marks.
Further: Stack this with BETA-ALANINE (this one will take a few weeks to take full effect...but, mind-blowing results).

(More customer reviews)Alright so I bought Bullnox and Bullrush, Bullnox is AMAZING. Bullrush seem to be fairly effective especially in conjuction with bullnox. The only issues I really have with the stuff is the odor/taste and the grit. Honestly the taste isn't too bad (watermelon) it has a slightly eggy odor/flavor to it which I have no problem seeing past. However the grit is really bad, after slamming it back no matter what you do you are going to feel like you have a mouth full of sand. It is a fine grit and just seems to flood your mouth, really messy feeling. I have to rinse the cup two times to get all the grit out, which I do drink. The effects although not that noticeable I've seen a kind've relaxed feeling of well being. And of course my muscles feel GREAT even right after an intense session. I would think of switching BCAA supplements but I am in love with Bullnox, and this really plays off that formula so it is worth putting up with the grit for the endocrine extension.

(More customer reviews)I drink Muscle Milk every morning for my breakfast. This is my least favorite flavor but I tolerated it to finish it off. I enjoy the Mocha Latte and the Chocolate Malt. I got them on the Subscribe & Save for a great deal. They are delivered automatically with free shipping every 3 months. So I don't get the full 300 calories in one shot, I only put one scoop in (instead of 2) stir well with spoon, add some ice and then drink it through a straw. It tastes best ice cold. Then when I get hungry a couple hours later, I make another one using one scoop. Then I have a light lunch around 11:30.
