(More customer reviews)I've been drinking these for about 4 years now, usually 1 a day, and they work pretty well for weight maintenance. When trying to lose weight, I will usually substitute one meal a day with a Slim Fast - breakfast or lunch. I also have these for breakfast a lot, simply because I can grab one from the fridge and drink it in 30 seconds, which is great when I'm in a hurry, and because I always make sure to eat something for breakfast.
Usually however, I drink these in the mornings before a run so that I will have some food in my body to fuel the run. Since it is basically a liquid, it doesn't upset my stomach if I drink it right before I head out the door.
I can't attest to the other flavors, but Rich Chocolate Royale tastes fairly decently. I never crave the taste of a Slim Fast, and I am not fooled into thinking I am drinking a milkshake, but they do taste pretty good.
Finally, the great thing about Slim Fast is the nutritional makeup. It has 6g of fat, which can be misleading since an amazing 3g of that is monounsaturated and polyunsaturated (good fats). The best part about slim Fast are the 5g of fiber and 10g of Protein in each can, which are very high amounts. This makes it great for a post run/workout drink as well.
My only problem with Slim Fast, is that one can is likely not going to be enough to work as a meal replacement for many people. It is just not enough food. I have heard if you try drinking it slowly it helps, but I usually find myself hungry a couple hours after drinking one. For people under 150 lbs it may be enough, but I would almost recommend two Slim Fasts as a meal replacement for anyone trying to lose a significant amount of weight. There is no way I could replace two meals a day with Slim Fasts (like their ads say), then have a "sensible" dinner. I would be starving. But it is a great product as a snack or before a workout.

It is the best meal replacement out there, and from the very beginning I could feel the difference in my health. Of course, the taste is far from delicious, but after my initial reaction (gag) I now like it, even crave it in the mornings. (I had to make myself like V8 to, and this is healthier.) The price is a little steep at $55, but it is much better on Amazon then if you bought it form the store ($70+ tax) and it is worth every penny of it. It is full of vitamins, healthy grains and vegan protein. It will fill you up (unlike other green drinks) so you eat less. While it does not claim to be a weight loss product, it actually helped me lose 20 pounds by helping me stop my cravings. Try it, you will not regret it!

(More customer reviews)I have been buying this product for over a year. I like it best watered down a bit and lots of ice. Not too good warm. I mix this up two at a time, I put about a inch of warm water (not hot bad for vitamins)into two shaker bottles & mix it well, the warm water dissolves it very nicely. I like fiz so I add about 16 oz of plain chilled soda water (store bought or sodastream self made works just fab!) You have to pour at a angle & slowly or it can fiz over. I then pour one in my travel cup with lots of ice. I take the other one with me to work to refill later. (blue ice and a lunch cooler) I sometimes add a little bit of juice for a change. I like a bit of caffeine - Trim Energy uses green tea, which is the only tea that don't give me a headache. I don't like coffee & I gave up all artificial sweeteners (Trim Energy has natural Stevia) along with going to Curves 4x a week -I have lost a lot of weight. I drink this because it is a help & I like it but it is not a cure-all. I also take one weiders fat burner tabs when I get up and before my lunch. I think Trim Energy Teaberry is a great product prepared the way I do it and I recommend it the way I prepare it. It has a tendency to not mix easy/well the way they instruct you to mix it.
I have bought it from Amazon, Costco and eBay - whoever has the best deal.

(More customer reviews)I'm a runner, work a 9:00 - 5:00 as well as go to school in the evenings and before FRS I was taking 5 Hour Energy right before a run. It worked well enough but it tastes like drinking the little soap bottles used for making bubbles. Luckily it's a shot and it served it's purpose. 5 Hour Energy for me made me feel almost too wired and I noticed an elevated heart rate that made me a bit nervous.
I chose FRS as an alternative because the price difference was about the same at the time, but I was wary after reading reviews that it simply didn't work and that it came in so many different forms, which was right for me. The can seemed to be the best, I could drink it before I head out to work, or before a run and get a little push to keep me active.
For me, there wasn't any noticeable "buzz" or need to bounce off the walls, it just keeps me alert, awake, and motivated to keep going. I think people expect that high caffeinated sugar buzz that they may get from energy drinks or coffee that just isn't present here. Also the taste of FRS to me is like a mild tea. It doesn't have a strong carbonated soda taste to it with a rough back end. It also has some (at least the 24 cans I've had thus far) particles in the bottom of the can, even if you shake it. I have not tried the other flavors or the other FRS products aside from the Low Calorie Wild Berry. The other forms of FRS may differ from my experience.
I really like FRS, and I actually look forward to drinking it when I get to work, like others do with coffee. My only problem is when I ordered my first shipment of FRS it was 28 dollars for 24 cans, and now the price has doubled and it just isn't reasonable to pay a little over 2 dollars a can for the product.

Tanita HD351 Digital Scale with Memory Function Review

(More customer reviews)I am a big guy (currently 403lbs) was 421 a few months ago and have been slowly going down each week, this scale is SO accurate, if I get on and off 4-5 times in a row down to the .2 its still solid, then when I go to the healthclub and use their $2000 professional scale it reads the same numbers as the home scale.
Again I am closer to the top limits of this scale (440 top weight) yet it feels solid and doesn't flex or feel "cheap" or like it is going to break or anything.
5 different user buttons along with each of those 5 inputs having the last weight viewable for reference and a large readout and stepon plate (I wear a 14 EEEEE shoe and have no problems) make this scale worth buying at any cost.

(More customer reviews)Do not use this product. Though it provided me with energy for my nightly workouts, after using it for 3 months my Liver Enzymes were through the roof. The danger of elevated LFTs for long term liver disease and permanent damage is great. If I hadn't gone for my routine physical I would not have discovered the elevation of the enzymes. As soon as I stopped the supplement, the enzymes reverted back to normal withnin a few weeks however. Lucky for that! This product should not be on the market. Period! Research it on the internet. You will find similar stories to my own.
