(More customer reviews)After suffering from bloating and gas in the evenings, I decided to give this a try. I was tired of feeling sickly, and miserable every night. I started taking it with my evening meal. This product has worked wonders for me! It took about 2-3 weeks before I noticed a difference, but I no longer feel bloated or gassy in the evenings, and have even been able to indulge in beans on occasion, without the awful side effects I once had. I should mention that I also take medication for an under active thyroid, am female, age 46. I noticed no side affects whatsoever. I have been taking it for about a month and a half now, am thrilled with the results, and will continue buying this product.
Also, I noticed on this site it says for adults to take two capsules twice a day with meals, but on the actual bottle it says take one capsule daily with a meal, which is what I do.

(More customer reviews)Whenever I take antibiotics, I always get a yeast infection -- unless I take acidophilus. PB 8 Pro-Biotic Acidophilus has 14 billion live cultures, making it one of the more potent products available. If I take four capsules a day (two in morning; two in the evening), during my course of antibiotics, I can always avoid the infection. However, to get this benefit, I have to start taking this the same day I start the antibiotics.
A few helps to help acidophilus work better for you -- take your dose on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before or two hours after you eat); if you already take acidophilus daily, double your dose whenever a situation arises that would normally put you at risk for yeast; take the acidophilus AT LEAST one week after you finish antibiotics; and avoid sugar and other simple starches (candida feeds off those).

(More customer reviews)First I would like to say that I tried Threelac for a about two months before I ordered Fivelac. I was/am suffering from systemic Candida and after looking at all the wonderful results some people had with Threelac I decided to try it. The reason that I ended up switching to Fivelac is because I am one of those few people who get constipated with Threelac and I wanted to try and see if Fivelac would actually help with that matter, well it does not. HOWEVER, Fivelac is MUCH better on your stomach because they added those two extra strains of probiotics and I like it better than Threelac. I still have to add fiber to my diet since I need help with the constipation, but overall I think Fivelac is better for those people whose Candida issues are manifested as gas, bloating and overall stomach related problems like mine. I have to add that I did not initially buy the oxygen drops from this company but I recently bought a product called Cellfood which is a much better product than GHT's and has better reviews. It wasn't until a few days ago when I added the Cellfood that it seems like my Candida is now FINALLY starting to get better; before that, Fivelac/Threelac was helping but slowly and my rashes were not clearing, now everything seems to be in high gear, word of caution start slowly with the oxygen if you decide to try it and with Threelac/Fivelac, too many die-off symptoms may discourage you and you need to stick with it for at least 3-6 months. These products won't disappoint if you are patient and you believe in probiotics and oxygen therapy. There are many bad reviews out there on-line about these products but after reading some of them it seems like many peopole just could not tolerate the initial die-off, be patient it will work.
