(More customer reviews)First of all, since this is the review of the product, let me say that it is a really great tasting energy bar. It kinda tastes like Snickers, except not as sweet.
Now the reasons you may not want to order here: Earlier reviews that I cannot locate anymore mentioned getting bars that were past the expiration date. I've been ordering them from Amazon for a year now and never had this problem.
Another problem is that Amazon does not protect the shipments from the weather in any way. If you order your bars when it's hot outside they will melt on the way and arrive looking shapeless and unappetizing. So, do not order them from Amazon in the summer.

The product description pretty much tells it all. Probiotics, Soluble and Insoluble fiber (Fibersol 2, oat, pea, & bamboo), and digestive enzymes to help you get more out of your meal. You get about 50 scoops out of each container, so the cost is reasonable compared to buying all those components by themselves.

(More customer reviews)I ran across Bragg Liquid Aminos purely by accident. I happened to see it on the shelf at some store when I was shopping for groceries and decided to try it out. I am into healthy foods these days because I am in my 50s with a family history of high blood pressure, obesity, heart disease, and diabetes.
The Nutrition Facts numbers were good --- 0 mg total fat, o mg cholesterol, 100 mg carbs, 110 mg sodium, and 290 mg of protein. According to the manufacurer, the 100 mg sodium is not added, but is what naturally grows within the ingredients.
Wow. Good tasting stuff! Somehow, it tastes salty without being loaded with salt.
Having lived in Kentucky as a kid, I know and understand the appeal of the best tasting food in the world -- southern greens. But, as you know if you have ever had them, they are loaded with fat and salt.
What I found, as a good alternative, is to steam raw greens in a microwave steamer, using no salt and instead, sprinkling in Bragg Liquid Aminos, along with chopped onions, and your favorite non-salt spices.
Hhm, boy!

(More customer reviews)I thought it was nice that they included dieter's Tea for free but they want you to take 6 pills a day????? Really OMG. I am going to take 2 a day hopefully that works. I dont get why so many. couldnt they make the pills more concentrated?? so you take less. Well I will give it a shot.
update: after a few days of taking this I just wanted to say it does happen to curb your hunger
update: It has been a couple weeks and I must say it does help but i only take 2 a day not 6.

However without a full listing of ingredients you don't see that, in addition to buffered caffeine, it contains Green Tea extract which is not buffered. Don't know if I'll be able to use it or not, but would like to see a listing of ingredients on the purchase page.

I'd read enough about the product to know that results vary. However, I personally have not seen anything. I did not want to focus so much on actual lbs in terms of weightloss, my assessment is very much reliant on fitting comfortable into clothing that has grown tighter.
