I wanted to trim a few pounds on a recent vacation to Hawaii so I tried the shake for the first time. This product worked great and I lost 5 pounds in 1 week. The shake itself is highly nutritious and I continue to have a shake for lunch everyday.

(More customer reviews)I have been using this product for years. I always panic when I run out of it. Whenever I get low on energy it gives me that boost that I need. The boost is very gentle. I don't feel like I have taken something. It's not like a caffeine jolt. I simply don't feel tired anymore. It's great to keep in the car. If you have no water to mix it with, you can simply pour a little in your mouth and you are good to go. It's not very tasty that way, but it beats being sleepy while driving. I'm not a coffee drinker so I only take between 1/2 to 1 teaspoon for my serving. My husband who is more of a coffee drinker takes 1 to 2 teaspoons.
